Doug is the former President of the Vision Group of Companies and a former member of the executive team for Securitas Canada. Doug has held senior positions in government and in the energy and mining sectors. He also served as special advisor and assistant principal secretary to the Premier of Saskatchewan.

Blair W. Ross
President and Chief Operating Officer
Blair Ross is a co-founder of SRG Security Resource Group Inc. He is the former Vice-President and co-founder of Vision Security & Investigations (VSI), which was sold to Securitas AB in February 2002. When VSI was acquired by Securitas Blair worked with the senior management team at Securitas to ensure a smooth transition prior to returning to SRG.
Blair has 20 years experience in the private security industry. In those 20 years he has built and managed security operations from the ground up. He has managed the security of large scale events across Western Canada.
Blair is currently responsible for overseeing the growth and day-to-day operations of SRG in all divisions.

Theodore Renner
Director
Ted Renner is president of Kiora Resources Inc., a private company engaged in resources development investments and investments in associated technology companies in the microbiology and bioremediation areas. Mr. Renner has been a chief executive officer of a number of public and private energy companies since 1982. He has also served as a director of Saskatchewan’s Petroleum Technology Research Council and has participated in the framing of energy policy discussions while serving as a past Chairman of the Canadian Energy Research Institute. An interest in public policy is reflected by his participation as a director of the Canada West Foundation, a past director of the Nature Conservancy of Canada, and as a past participant in the Business Council on National Issues.
